Bali. Bali. Bali. Part one..

Hello, it’s me again! de’ Kozzy starts writing blog again.. After all Ilmu Penyakit Dalam boring stuffs and 3 months torturing of jaga malam, I finally can enjoy my leisure time of this semester..

I wanna share my story about traveling in Bali. Unfortunately, I went there on high season (last Lebaran Holiday), so yup.. yup.. the prize was far from the word: cheap. But let’s keep keprok-keprok then..

Bali Map

I went to Bali with my family—from the pic below you may see from left to right: chu’Waa—the nanny of my cousins, her name is Suster Wati, Ahjumma Ur, Kuku Iwan, his 1st son Reineer Contee, his wife—Qim Ayin, 2nd son Kenneth, my cousin Ms. Emily, and her mom: Ai Lena, my Mom, and yup that’s me.. (My cousin, Dian, took this picture). We use the Lion Air (it’s the only one airlines that still available for us..) for this trip.

When we arrived at Ngurah Rai Int’l Airport, we were picked up by our driver Mr. Kadek. He told us not to go back to the hotel ‘coz the road is soooo hectic and jam (holiday getoolohhh)! So, the very first place that we visited was: GWK a.k.a. Garuda Wishnu Kencana. It was a very dry, hot, and windy place—gunung kapur gituloh.. In this site, you may see an unfinished statue in three separated places: the amelia version of Wishnu Kencana body from head to umbilicus on the highest place, his hands near the parking lot, and also the head of Garuda on the top of the ladder. You may also see the miniature concept of the full statue near the Wishnu statue.

Next destination: dreamland.

Actually, it was not our intention to go to beach at first day. Since it was mumpung lewat, we spent our little time in this beach. The beach was so crowded (high season getoloh..) and yeah.. we just numpang kentut here.. nothing special than just kentut..

Fill in the blank: Ms. Emily is __________ .

"Panas bener.. dari gunung kapur kok ke pantai"

Last destination for this day: Uluwatu

Uluwatu is located in the south of Bali. We were goin’ to watch Kecak dance there. The location is very beautiful. You may see sun setting in the Hindia Ocean and also see the beautiful Kecak dance here. The show starts about 17:30 pm.

Don’t forget to take off your eyeglasses, earings, necklace, etc… because..

The mongkiiiiihh is infected with klepto-virus... so, beware!

The dance is about to start.

Sun is setting.. so beautiful!

Our first day was closed with dining out on Jimbaran Beach. You may eat some seafood stuff and enjoy the night sound of wave coming to you..
